Headline Pictures secures 2 more feature film developments
Following its acquisition of the film rights for the official sequel to Peter Pan, PETER PAN IN SCARLET, Headline Pictures is pleased to announce that BBC Films and the UK Film Council will finance the development of two more feature films.
THE KITE, based on a novel by Geraldine McCaughrean, revolves around a young boy’s adventures in medieval China. Kevin Hood will write the script. THE INVISIBLE WOMAN, based on the book by Claire Tomalin, and to be written by Abi Morgan, tells the story of Charles Dickens’s secret love affair with a beautiful young actress.
