Headline Pictures secures Film London Award

Headline Pictures is to participate in Film London’s Company Placement Scheme, which offers six month paid work placements for new entrants into the film and television industry.

Applications are now open for the training scheme, which seeks to support, assist and improve recruitment across the media sector, and attract under-represented groups to the workforce.

Film London will assist companies with recruitment, and help coordinate bespoke training plans for each trainee and their company mentor.

Returning to the scheme are Diverse Productions, Number 9 Films and Tigerlily Films. The new companies getting involved are Headline Pictures, Ipso Facto, Warp X and Film and Music Entertainment.

Last year, three out of six placements led to full time posts in the film and television industry.
